Should you send us an email via the contact form, your name, email address and message will be emailed to us (as you would expect). This information is kept private. We will store this information within our own email system so that we are able to respond to you.

Reviews, Comments Form

Should you send a comment or review to this site, then your name, email address, IP address and message will be stored in our website database (as you would expect). For published comments/reviews, this makes your name and comment/review (but not your email address) viewable by the general public on the website.

    1.1 When you order the Service we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit/debit card number, start and expiry date, card issuer, card number and card security code. During the order process you will be sent to our bank’s secure payment gateway where you will fill in your bank details and our bank will process payment under their electronic data processing scheme. We will not hold this information on our records. Our bank has its own protection measures in place for the protection of this information.
    1.2 We gather this information to allow us to process your registration and any orders you may make and to keep on our records. The relevant information is then used by us to provide you with confirmation of our acceptance and to communicate with you on any matter relating to the provision of the Service and services in general.
    1.3 We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop the website and our services and may provide such aggregate information to third parties.     2.2 There will only be two personnel who will have access to your information.

    2.4 There are burglary and fire prevention measures at the address.
    2.5 Any printed information shall be shredded following the conclusion of its use.
