Cancellations

Refunds will be subject to an admin fee of 10%. Alternatively, a voucher may be issued which will be valid to the end of the following year which will be free of extra charges including any potential price increase. The voucher will not be redeemable for cash.

Date and time changes

Alterations to time and or date can be facilitated free of charge but ideally require 36 hours’ notice. There is of course flexibility on this, particularly if customers have unforeseen problems reaching us. Common sense prevails.

Should you send us an email via the contact form, your name, email address and message will be emailed to us (as you would expect). This information is kept private. We will store this information within our own email system so that we are able to respond to you.

Reviews, Comments Form

Should you send a comment or review to this site, then your name, email address, IP address and message will be stored in our website database (as you would expect). For published comments/reviews, this makes your name and comment/review (but not your email address) viewable by the general public on the website.
