Cancellations
Extreeme Adventure requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Refunds will be subject to an admin fee of 10%.
Alternatively, a voucher may be issued which will be valid to the end of the following year which will be free of extra charges including any potential price increase. The voucher will not be redeemable for cash.

Alterations to time and or date can be facilitated free of charge but ideally require 36 hours’ notice. There is of course flexibility on this, particularly if customers have unforeseen problems reaching us. Common sense prevails.
